Rapidly growing soft-FM specialist Aston Services Group (“ASG”) has been acquired by the acquisitive Atlas FM Group, for an undisclosed sum.

Based in Leyland, Lancashire, Aston Services Group has grown by over 30% in the last 12 months to exceed £20m revenue.

Over the past three years ASG undergone a significant transformation, with organic growth substantially increasing revenue and profits.

Client Background

Atlas FM is the UK’s fastest-growing privately owned facilities management company and has been committed to quality, reliability and creating happiness for both staff and customers since 1986. Operating nationwide with 11,000 people at over 6,000 sites.

As a demonstrable example of its quality, ASG recently won a BACIL Award (Business Against Crime in Leeds) for best daytime security team. Its high-performance approach also centres on its own people. It is a Recognised Service Provider with the Living Wage Foundation and like Atlas has also signed the Armed Forces Covenant, as it employs many ex-service personnel and values them highly.

Atlas has the same ethos and values at ASG, putting people first. It prides itself on having a great culture and values, characterised by a family feel and passionate people.

The transaction will strengthen Atlas’ existing security offering in the North and Midlands.​
